Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Personal or Landlord subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing info@vpnetworks.co.uk. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
Prices shown are in USD and exclude VAT. If you are located in the UK or EU, applicable VAT will be added at checkout based on your billing address. Business customers in the UK can provide their VAT number to receive a VAT-exempt invoice.
What does white-label mean for the Landlord plan?
White-label PDF reports are exported with a professional, agency-ready format without prominent LeaseScan branding — suitable for sharing with landlords and clients under your own agency name. Custom logo and contact detail configuration is coming soon.
What is self-hosted and do I need technical skills?
The Self-Hosted licence gives you the full LeaseScan codebase to deploy on your own server or virtual machine. It integrates with Ollama, a local LLM runner, so your lease documents are never sent to external AI providers. Basic Linux server administration skills are needed. We provide a Docker Compose setup for easy deployment and email support to help you get running.
What jurisdictions does LeaseScan cover?
LeaseScan covers residential lease agreements from the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland), all 50 US states, Australia (all states and territories), Canada (major provinces), Ireland, and New Zealand. All plans — including Single Scan — get access to every jurisdiction. We are actively adding more.
Is LeaseScan legal advice?
No. LeaseScan is an AI-powered tool that identifies and explains lease clauses to help you understand what you are signing. It does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified solicitor, attorney, or conveyancer. See the disclaimer below.
How does the Single Scan work — do I need an account?
Pay $4.99, upload your lease, and receive your full clause-by-clause analysis instantly — including a shareable results URL you can bookmark or send to your landlord. A LeaseScan account is created at checkout so you can access your report anytime. PDF download and scan history are available on Personal and above. If you're reviewing multiple properties, Personal at $9/month gives you unlimited scans, PDF exports, and full history.
What's your refund policy?
Because LeaseScan is a digital service that delivers your analysis immediately, we don't offer refunds once the analysis has run — you've already received the product. However, if your analysis fails technically or returns an error (rather than a complete report), email info@vpnetworks.co.uk with your scan reference and we'll re-run it for you free of charge or refund the purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Invoiced billing (bank transfer) is available for Landlord and Self-Hosted plans on request. All payments are secured by Stripe.
