Subprocessors

LeaseScan is operated by VantagePoint Networks. To provide the service we use the third-party processors below. Each processes personal data only to provide its part of the service to us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data overall.

Document processing (AI)

• Anthropic, PBC (United States). Reads the lease you upload to produce your report. Anthropic processes this content under its commercial API terms: by default it deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days, may keep them for up to 2 years if they are flagged for review under its usage policy, and does not use them to train its models. Anthropic data retention.
• Groq, Inc. (United States). Backup processor for lease scans, used only if Anthropic is unavailable. Groq processes this content under its API terms. Groq privacy policy.

Hosting and storage

• Vercel Inc. (United States). Website hosting, server functions and server logs.
• Upstash, Inc. (via Vercel KV). Stores account status, saved reports (which can include short quotes from your lease), email sign-ups and rate-limit counters.

Payments

• Stripe. Payment processing. We never receive or store your card details.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where personal data leaves the UK, it is transferred under the data processing terms each provider offers.
